When you fill in our contact form, we process the information you provide: name, email, company, phone number, optional media budget and your message.

When you visit the site, we also collect anonymised statistics via Vercel Analytics to understand site usage.

We use the information to respond to your enquiry and to start a possible dialogue. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).

We do not share your information with third parties for marketing. We use trusted processors for operations: Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery), which process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

We retain your enquiry for as long as necessary to handle it and any subsequent dialogue, after which it is deleted.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at info@newconsulting.dk. You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
